Pizza Factory

Looking to join a thriving business and passionate community? Look no further. We’ve been serving up the best pizzas in town for over 30 years, and the nation is hungry for more. The proof is in the pie: since our early days in Oakhurst, California, we’ve opened over 100 new locations and the next one might just be yours. At Pizza Factory, community is at the core of everything we do. Whether it’s our “No Bully Zone” or our flexible restaurant build-outs to meet different local needs, we want to work with our franchisees to make each local area just a little bit brighter. Our franchisees hold paint nights, crafts nights and karaoke at their locations, along with kids make your own pizza night.  Many of our locations have large arcades and party rooms, which are big attractions for parents looking for a place to have kids’ parties. We have fundraiser nights which bring a community together to help participate in giving back to schools & local organizations.

Pizza Industry is Growing Girlwithpizza2

When it comes to franchisees, then, it makes sense that we’re looking for people with some passion – passion for their communities, and passion for their work. If you can’t bring enthusiasm and commitment to your restaurant, it just won’t be a good fit. Aside from that, here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Excitement about being part of a team
  • Strong work ethic
  • A desire to bring high-quality, fresh pizza to your community (and sandwiches, and salads, and bread sticks)
  • Restaurant franchise experience is helpful
  • Owner-operators are encouraged, but it’s not a requirement
  • Multi-unit restaurant franchisees are welcomed
